When Pennsylvania wanted to shine at the 2025 SelectUSA Investment Summit, held on May 11 – 14, 2025 just outside of DC, they called Purpose1 to bring their vision to life and Purpose1 delivered.
Bold Vision & Brilliant Graphics
Long before carpet hit the floor at Gaylord National Harbor, Purpose1 produced bold graphics that captured Pennsylvania’s essence, innovation, tradition, and growth. Showcasing PA’s key industries, regional materials and attention-grabbing statistics. Each component was color-calibrated for maximum visual punch, whether seen from across the hall or in close-up meetings.
From Our Door to the Summit Floor
As shipping coordinators, we orchestrated the booth’s journey from our warehouse in Lemoyne, PA, to the convention center just south of DC. Every crate was labeled, and every box was tracked:
- On-site logistics coordination made to ensure smooth unloading of crates
- Checking in with our main point of contact for the Commonwealth
- Made sure carpet, electrical and anything else that was needed was available for the booth assembly process to be smooth
Booth Setup
Once every crate and box arrived at the booth location, Purpose1 got to work:
- Assembling display walls and counters
- Installing lighting features and highlighting key visuals
- Arranging literature and other reading materials
By the time the doors were about to be opened for all guests, the PA booth stood tall, sleek and professional.
Clean and Efficient Teardown
When the conference ended, Purpose1 went to the floor to:
- Pack down the walls and the counters, ensuring no graphic or any other components were damaged
- Consolidated materials into shipping crates so all available space is utilized
- We had scheduled a freight carrier from the show back to our warehouse
